  • If unemployed, a statement from your sponsor\/husband with proof of your relationship with the sponsor (birth certificate or marriage certificate if not the same last name)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If accompanying minor that is not a relative, get the official travel document clearance from DSWD<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
